Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully before using the software ("Service") operated by Verus Operations ("us", "we", "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by the TOS, if you do not agree with our TOS you are not permitted to use our Service.

Terms of Service:

1. You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase the Service.
2. Attempting to charge back a payment will result in termination of the Service. If you need your money back for whatever reason, as long as it is valid, you should contact us before filing a chargeback.
3. Re-distributing ("leaking", "sharing") the service, will result in termination of the Service.
4. You must purchase the Service on a per-network basis.
5. Attempting to crack ("decompiling", "deobfuscating", “dumping”, "modifying") the service will result in termination of the Service.
6. Re-distributing ("leaking", "sharing") information ("updates", "announcements", "messages", "photos") from the client specific channels on the Verus Operations discord guild without permission will result in termination of the Service.
7. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service without announcement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the TOS.

Refunds

No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.
