  • What sets Verus apart from other solutions on the market?

    Verus has the 3 main things an anticheat should have: Detectability, Scalability, and Reliability. These are 3 very basic concepts, yet other solutions on the market struggle with them, whereas Verus does not.

  • What are the main differences between packages?

    The main difference between our standard packages would be detectability, and obviously price. Regular is made to detect blatant cheats, Premium adds the capability to detect modern/ghost cheats.

  • What gamemodes does Verus support?

    Due to things like console clients on Factions for example, you'll have to disable the odd check. Verus is not a "HCF" anticheat, it's universal.

  • What networks run Verus?

    We unfortunately do not disclose which networks run Verus, as that is up to the customer themselves to disclose.

  • How good is Verus performance?

    Unlike other solutions on the market, our performance claims are real. We have several large-scale networks running Verus with ~1000 concurrent players on a single instance at peak times, without any performance overhead from Verus.

  • Will Verus run on my custom spigot?

    Verus will support any server running a version between 1.7 and 1.17.1. If you are running a custom spigot, it *should* work without any issues, but if the developer has made changes to essential features, get them to contact us so we can resolve this.

  • I found a false positive, how long will it take until it is fixed?

    Once notified, we'll usually get a patch out within the hour. It is as simple as running /verus restart, and you'll pull the latest build from our authentication servers.

  • How long do I get to use Verus after purchasing?

    Our licensing is lifetime, meaning for aslong as our product is ongoing, you will have access to the product. Verus has been running since the start of 2018, which makes the project over 2 years old.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
